An Independent Distributor/Participant has the right to cancel their participation in the MLM program at any time, with or without cause, by submitting a written cancellation request to the Company.
1. Right to Cancel
A Distributor may cancel their participation at any time by submitting a written cancellation request to the Company through the prescribed communication channels.
2. Cooling-Off Period
If required by applicable law, a Distributor may cancel their enrollment within the cooling-off period from the date of registration and receive a full refund of:
• Enrollment or registration fees
• Starter kits or business tools (subject to return conditions)
3. Cancellation Procedure
To cancel participation, the Distributor must:
• Submit a written request via email, registered post, or the Company’s official portal
• Mention Distributor ID, registered name, and contact details
Cancellation shall be effective from the date the request is received by the Company.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within the specified business days after approval.
Refunds shall not include:
• Bonuses, commissions, or incentives already paid
• Service fees, administrative charges, or taxes (unless required by law)
Product-related refunds are subject to the Company’s Product Return Policy.
5. Product Buy-Back (If Applicable)
The Company may offer a buy-back of resalable, unopened, and unused products purchased within the permitted time frame, subject to:
• Proof of purchase
• Products being in marketable condition
• Applicable restocking or handling fees as permitted by law
6. Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
• All distributor rights, titles, and privileges are terminated
• Access to the compensation plan and downline structure ceases
• Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited as per the Compensation Plan
7. No Penalty for Cancellation
No penalty shall be imposed solely for canceling participation, except as stated in the Distributor Agreement or required by applicable law.
8. Compliance With Law
This Cancellation Policy is governed by applicable laws, consumer protection regulations, and direct selling guidelines in force.
9. Policy Updates
The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the official website or communicated to Distributors.
